Much of this information has been supplied by my cousin Linda Yvonne Blondin who is now living near Saginaw, Michigan, and is the adopted daughter of the Alexander Archibald Blondin mentioned above. Fredrick was apparently the only child to remain in Peterborough. Gilbert Bruce Blondin had 2 sons, Albert and Harold. Harold and his wife Maisie had a daughter Patsy and they once lived at 264 Aberdeen Avenue in Peterborough. Patsy later married a Mr. Leckie, and they lived in Oshawa, but may now be divorced. I was told that my grandfather or great grandfather once lived in Michigan. Finding someone who would know my family genealogy would be wonderful! I would also find if I am related to any of the Blondin families here in Michigan. I'll appreciate any info.

James HALL was born abt 1815 in Ireland and Jane BRAKEY was born abt 1818 in Ireland. They were married abt 1838, it is not known if they were married in Ireland or Canada. In the 1861 Census they were living in Caven Township.

They had the following children

Frances HALL born abt 1841. William HALL born abt 1843. James HALL born abt 1845. Thomas HALL born abt 1847. Joseph HALL born abt 1849. Isiah HALL born abt 1851. Samuel HALL born abt 1853. Robert HALL born abt 1857. Martin HALL born abt 1859.
