Tracing decendants of John Robertson and Christina Jackson Who immigrated from Hamilton, Lanark, Scotland to New York about 1830 and then to Peterboro about 1833. They had six chidren, John, Hugh, Agnes, Ellen, Christina and Marion. I have done extensive research on John and Agnes. Does anyone have any info on Hugh Robertson who married Sophie Wells May 24,1867.

My great-grandfather Michael Conroy died in 1914 and in his death notice it reads that he was predeceased by a sister Mrs. John Allen. I'm not sure if her name is Margaret or Catherine Conroy but I sure would like to find out about the Allen family. I would really appreciate hearing from someone. The Conroys are Peter Robinson Settlers. I know the Allens are too. By the way..my great-grandfather is buried in St. Peter's Cemetery in Peterborough and he lived in Peterborough all his life.
