21. Hopestill PETERSON^6,13 was born on 20 January 1702/3 in Duxbury, Plymouth County, Massachusetts. She died on 27 July 1775 in Kingston, Plymouth County, Massachusetts. She died on 27 July 1775. Elizabeth (Alden) Pabodie And Descendants book by Charles L. Alden is used as the source of Hopestill's family; however, Mr. Alden indicates this family was from Justin Winsor's book History of the Town of Duxbury, Massachusetts. Mr. Winsor indicates Hopestill is the daughter of Lydia Thacher. This has been refuted and documentation for this is under Hopestill's mother. Also, is specifically states in Mr. Alden's book that the child Hopestill is a son and the child Beza is a daughter.
