Jacob & Martha Mason

In 1786 Jacob froze to death in that part of Northumberland County which later became Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. His widow moved with her children to Vernon Township of Crawford County in 1797, residing less than a mile south of where the widow of Elias Mason settled during the same year.
