Age: census - 1820 over 45, 1830 55-99, 1840 90-99 ( born 1741/1750).
Marriage: IGI: Thomas Tauge married Rebecca Henley 13 Jul 1793. Rebeccas age is confirmed by 1850 census.
Race: Only person in household of "Thomas free Tag" in 1790 is in "all other free persons" column. In 1810 only males are in other free persons column. In 1820/30 only older males in age range of Thomas are in free colored persons column, in 1840 he apppears in white column. There seems to be only one conclusion that Thomas Tagg was colored. Stephen and wife Ann similarly appear to be in the colored column but the next generation appear in the white column. In 1830/40 it appears that Delila and her family were probably in the same houshold.
