Notes.-Formerly Acorn class. Belong to 1909-10 Programme, laid down end of 1909.
- Dimensions: about 246.5 x 25.5 x 8.66 feet.
- Armament: 2-4 inch, 2-12 pdr., 1-3 pdr. AA.*, 1 M.G., 2-21 inch tubes.
- Designed H.P. 13,500 = 27 kts. 3 screws. Yarrow boilers in all, except Redpole, Rifleman and Ruby, with White-Forster. Fuel about 170/140 tons oil.
- Complement, 72.
*In a few boats only.
To distinguish: High bridges, thick middle funnel, no gun or tubes between 2nd and 3rd funnels. 12 pdrs. at break of fo'xle. Big ventilators between funnels.
