- Guns: 9 - 4 inch (M. VIl ). 1 - 3 inch AA.
- Torpedo tubes (14 inch): 2 above water.
- Armour: 2" Belt amidships, 1.5" - 5/8ths Deck.
- Machinery: 2 sets 6 cylinder. 2 screws.
- About H.P. 15.000 = 25.25 kts.
- Coal: normal, 150 tons ; maximum 500 tons.
