- Complement, 411.
- Length (p.p.), 430 feet ; Beam, 47 feet ; Mean draught, 15.25 feet. Max. draught 17.75 feet; length over all, 453 feet.
- Guns (Dir. Con.) : 2 - 6 inch (M. XI) ; 10 - 4 in. (M. VIII) ; 1 - 3 inch anti-aircraft ; 4 - 3 pdr. ; 4 (or 2) machine (1 landing).
- Torpedo tubes (18 inch): 2 submerged
- Armour : (Cast or Nickel) 2", 1.75", .75" Deck ; 6" Conning tower ; 4" Tube.
- Machinery: Turbine, Parsons in all, 4 screws; except Curtis in Bristol, 2 screws. Boilers: 12 Yarrow, small tube. Designed H.P. 22,000 = 25 kts.
- Coal: normal 600 tons; maximum 1353 tons + 260 tons oil. Built under 1908 Estimates.
