Antecedents of Paul Hawes

These pages are dedicated to my dead ancestors and their relatives. I hope to effectively prolong their existence by documenting their lives. Some of these folks have resisted exposure by hiding. Others have succeeded to remain partially or completely hidden. I will not give up looking for them. I welcome any help.
Although there are over 1500 surnames here, the most relevant to me are:

- Rexroad/Rexroth

Most of these folks lived in Pennsylvania, the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, and Northwestern Ohio.
In compiling this genealogy, I have received information from many different sources. I am especially grateful to the many "cousins" who have contributed to this work.
To avoid risking identity theft, I have attempted to omit the names of all living persons. They are each shown as "Living". However, it is often difficult to know. If I am mistaken, please tell me.
