A true story of Courage
I would like to introduce the net users to my nephew Aajaa.
A. J. for short.
A.J. is 20 years old and lived in Mississauga Ontario. He has had Hodgkins Lumphoma for about three years now. Since he was 17 years old. His mom Joyce is of English birth and his dad Noah is from Trindad.
A.J. has one brother Acesia and two sisters, Amy and Samara.
Joyce has raised her children by herself.A.J. had been struggling with this terrible disease it seems forever. He has always been cheerful through many rounds of Chemotherapy and other tests. In the fall of 1999 he was feeling good. Then just as we thought it was going to be ok the Cancer returned with a vengeance.
Well A.J. had to have a Bone Marrow Transplant on May 15th, 2000. He has just had two blood transfusions last week, among many that he has had in the last three years. A.J.‘s cousin died from this disease at the age of 26 years. (last year). Dr. King of Trillium Health Clinic (Mississauga Hospital) has been looking after A.J.
A.J.'s grandmother Beverly “says he is a very compassionate man.
Now it seems everything is being done that can be done and we need help.A.J. has started a glyconutrients product which is very costly. It will build his immune system up so he can fight better. Last week A.J. could hardly get teaspoons of water into him but since starting on the product he has been able to hold his food down and has a wee bit more energy.
I am not here to push this product but seeing the difference it has made in A.J’s energy level in just two days is so wonderful. He has only enough for five more days. He must keep taking it. He has more chemo again on Wednesday June 20th, 2001.
A.J. must try and get four tablespoons down per day. This is a very high dose but will get smaller as time goes on. Right now this product costs about $1,500. per month. It will gradually decline as his healing soars.
This guy is a courageous fellow and has never complained. He just wants to grow old and enjoy some of the things we take for granted everyday. We need a Miracle here!
Like being able to drive his first car and take his first girlfriend out
on a date without being sick and having to go home again.I will keep you up to date with his progress….because you see.....
I BELIEVE IN A.J. 'S MIRACLE. I am his mom’s Aunt (Pat) and I live in BC.
Please I ask you to help A.J.
Please show him at this time how caring strangers can be.Please if you should come across this page on the net send a word of
encouragement to AJ and ask your friends to pray for him. Just like what goes around comes around. It’s A.J’s round today.
UPDATE FOR AJ June 20th, 2001 ...AJ ..had Chemo and a blood trandsfusion today. His doctor "said his platlets were up, and his liver looked good. AJ never eats on chemo day, he says the smells at the hospital make him sick. Guess what??? AJ ate a bowl of cereal and a cup of soup before chemo today. The best part is AJ gained 5-6 lbs this week.....
I love you glyconutrients........Thank you Lord.
June 25th, 2001
AJ just called me at 6:10 pm Pacific time I believe. 9:10 pm Toronto time. He wanted to tell everyone "THANK YOU" for your prayers and well wishes.
He does not have another chemo until July 4th.
He has felt much better since he has taken the glyconutrients product. He doesn't get sick after the chemo like he used to before the glycontrients.
Thank you supporters Nelda, Roger, Jean, Gerald and Aunty Pat for your swift acting in getting the glyconutrients to AJ. We will never ask but rely on the Lord to give according to his riches in Glory. Thank you all - I will put an up-date on every Monday ....
Thank you again for helping give AJ his MIRACLE
July 6th, 2001
AJ has had some ups and downs this past week. We had one victory this past Thursday. He had chemo but no blood this time. He did lose his 5 lb gain from the previous week.... His Aunty Pat is going for a visit and will hug him for all the good people who have asked. At this time continue to pray for AJ that his body will grow stronger with the glynutrients he is taking. I will
continue his updates from a close view now.
Thank you all.
Next update will be from Mississauga Ontario.
Our Angel has gone to be with the Lord at 11:15pm Saturday, January 12th, 2002. (Toronto time) The family of AJ wants to say to everyone who sent emails of encouragement. Our sincere thanks for all the prayers that went for our Angel AJ. He fought a good battle. He is now dancing on streets of gold and has his own mansion. We hope he touched each and everyone who came in contact with him with his cheerfullness and his statement which he always "said I'm just fine thank you !
Don’t cry for me
I am not alone
A legend of Angels.
Has carried me home.If you love me , Stop!
Lookup I'm in that gentle breeze,
that just brushed your faceIn the butterflies
Winging their way
With such colour and grace
I’m in the clouds that glide
through the blue heavensIn the rainbow that comes
After a fresh early rain
Lookup! Lookup!
I am here! All around youSo don’t shed any tears
Be happy for me
No, more pain, or confusion
God has given me a mansion
Where the streets are paved with gold .
A new body made wholeIf I have touched you while I was here
Remember me, and I can see your SMILEThank you for listening to me and please believe with me a
MIRACLE FOR A.J.
