Vogt, Ernest 
Ernest Vogt, Morgan county resident.  World War I veteran died at the Veterans Hospital in Wadsworth Kansas in 1951.  He was a member of American Legion Post # 104.  He was 64 years old.  He was a son of W.H. and Mollie Talbot Vogt, born on a farm north of Versailles on August 11, 1887.  He is survived by 3 brothers: Orsino and Ed.J. of Versailles and Walter Vogt of Stover. A brother, William, preceded him in death on Dec 19, 1939.  Funeral services were held March 28, 951 by the Kidwel Funeral Home, Interment in family lot in Stover cemetery.  Rev. Lyman Firestone of the Versailles Methodist Church officiating.
