Jewell Tombs was born in Camden county on July 25, 1924, a son of Mr. & Mrs. Charlie Tombs.  He is survived by his parents; 2 brothers: Lem and Andy; a sister: Miss Betty Tombs.  Val B. From newspaper  Jewell Tombs, driver, Miss Rosetta Adams and John Clinton Hibdon were fatally injured and Mary Helen Breen is in critical condition in a Boonville Hospital as the result of an auto crash at the Haw Creek Bridge wast of Stover.  Saturday nite, Oct _, 1948.
