Cook, Mrs. Ira C (Rastorfor, Hazel)
Mrs. Hazel Cook, 76, died at Boone county Hospital in
Columbia on November 4, 1975. She was born near Gravois Mils on August
31, 1899, the daughter of John B. and Mary Ann Kelly Rastorfer. She
lived her entire life on the farm where she was born. On November
12, 1938 she was married to Ira C. Cook who preceded her in death on July
17, 1965. Already preceding her in death were 2 sons: Clayton Raymond,
an infant and Kinton Marvin, who died July 8, 1968; her parents; a brother:
Charles Rastorfer and a sister: Mrs. Maude Caywood. She was a member
of the First Baptist Church of Versailles and a member of the Gravois Mills
Senior Citizens Club. Surviving is her daughter-in-law: Mrs. Sharon
Cook Douglas and 2 granddaughters: Mary Annn and Kinza Cook of Gravois
Mills and a brother: James Rastorfer of Stover.
