Leo. Nicholas Holst, 87, died in a hospital in Fulton on Monday December 14, 1970.  He had been in ill health for several months.  Mr. Holst was born at Gravois Mills on July 20, 1883, the son of the late William N. and Kate Meyers Holst.  On May 28, 1912 he married Miss Nora Lee Martin, who preceded him in death on November 19, 1970.  Surviving are 2 sons, Roy Holst of Kansas City and Orville Holst of Gravois Mills, a brother Frank Holst, Sedalia a sister, Mrs. Minnie Silvey of Versailles, 4 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and many other relatives and friends.
   Funeral at Kidwell Funeral Home with Rev. Archie Warren, pastor of First Baptist Church officiating.  Hymns by Mrs. Ira Ensminger and Mrs. Glenn Stokes accompanied by Mrs. William Bauer.  Nephews of Mr. Holst served as pallbearers. Interment in the Holst cemetery near Gravois Mills.
