E.T. Hibdon,39, dies at his Gravois home.
He was born at Gravois Mills on September 16, 1932, son of Guido and Mamie
McKinley Hibdon, died at his home on route P, Gravois Mills after an 8
month illness, o Wednesday June 14, 1972. He was a fishing guide
on the Lake of the Ozarks for many years. He married Winifred
Gish on March 17, 1959. She survives at the home. He is also
survived by one son, Earnest of Versailles; 1 daughter: Tennia Mae Hibdon
of Kansas City; her mother: Mrs. Mamie Hibdon of Stover; 2 brothers Gail
of Gravois and Guido of Stover. Also 1 step-son: Steve Bennett of Odessa
and two step grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his father
and 1 brother.
Funeral services at Scrivener Chapel with Rev. P.H. Wilbanks
officiating. Mrs. Carol Hughes sang accompanied by Mrs. alma Eickhoff.
Pallbearers were: L.D. Limpus, Marion Greer, Roger Murray, Donald Fink,
Joe Reinke and Ed Hibdon. Interment in the Versailles cemetery.
