Cox, Mrs. Clarence (Phillips, Mrytle)
   Mrs. Mrytle Cox, 83, formerly of Tipton died at the Kidwell Rest Home April 20, 1968  Born April 29, 1885 in Pulaski county, she was the daughter of Samuel and Nancy Smith Phillips. On January 20, 1910 she was married to Clarence Cox, who preceded her in death in 1954.  Surviving are one daughter: Mrs. L.L. (Helen) Knipp of Tipton; 1 grandson; 1 granddaughter; 1 sister: Mrs. Hatti e Bunch of Eldon; a brother Clayton Phillips of Versailles. Preceding her in death were her parents, 3 sisters: Mrs. Ida Bowline, Mrs. Leona Kays and Mrs. Emma Cooper; and a brother Charles.
   Funeral services at Conn Funeral Home in Tipton with the Rev. Fr. Wm. Walters officiating. Burial in Dooley cemetery, southwest of Eldon.
