Caywood, Brooks Edward
    Brooks Edward Caywood, 65, of Versailles, passed away on Friday October 17, 1969 at the Kidwell Rest Home. He was born in Morgan county on December 24, 1903, son of the late George and Amanda Thompson Caywood.  In July 1930 he was married to Miss Mary J. Goans, who preceded him in death. Surviving him is one son: William E Caywood of Versailles, one brother: William Caywood of Gravois Mills; four sisters: Mrs. Etta Stidham of Santa Anna California, Mrs. Myrtle Baker of Bakersfield California, Mrs. Wilda Adams of Belleflower California and Mrs. Gussie Meyer of Versailles; also two grandchildren.
   Funeral at Kidwell Funeral Home with the rev. James O'Sullivan officiating. Roger Meyer sang. Pallbearers: Reed Blackman Jr., Chester Daniels, Kenneth Pepper, Roy Shoemaker, Bill Meyers and Roy McKinley. Interment in the Versailles Cemetery.
