Campbell, John Neil
John Neil Campbell, 53, of Stover died of an apparent
heart attack while walking on the Harry S. Truman reservoir near Warsaw
on April 17, 1972. He was born at Stover on April 24, 1918, the son
of the late Jasper Robert and Annie Robinson Campbell. He was married
on August 8, 1971 to Nigal Hibdon Randall, who survives. Also surviving
are 3 stet-daughters: Jennie Galbraith of Independence, Juanita Mertgen
of Florence and Vicki Randall of the home; 3 step-sons: Cody Randall of
Potosi, Ronald Randall of Kansas City and Randy Randall of Independence;
2 brothers: Glenn Campbell of Versailles and Gilbert Campbell of Barnett;
2 sisters: Mrs. Mary Raines of Stover and Mrs. Zelma Davidson of
Gravois Mills and 20 step-grandchildren.
Funeral services at First Baptist Church of Stover with
the Rev. Jim Delong officiating. Burial in Stover cemetery.
