Calton, Thomas Cleveland
    Thomas Cleveland Calton, 90, Versailles, died Monday evening, Dec. 3at the Good Shepherd Home in Versailles.  He was born June 12, 1889 in Camden county, a son of the late Richard and Talitha Hibdon Calton.     He was married Sept 23, 199 to Bertha Mae McCasland, who preceded him in death in 1960.     He is survived by three sons; Olver Calton, Apache Junction, AZ, Andrew Calton, Bonner Springs Kan. and Grover Calton, Oak Grove; two daughters, Mrs. Rosie Hayes, Armstrong and Mrs. Maxine DeRossett, Independence; one brother Charley Calton of Barnett; 16 grandchildren, 42 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.     Services were held Friday, Dec. 7 at 2 p.m. at the West Union Baptist Church with the Rev. George Duckworth and C.R. Morgan officiating.  Rev. and Mrs. Kenneth Carpenter sang "How Great Thou Art" "In The Garden" and " The Unclouded Day", accompanied by Mrs. Marilyn Morgan.  Grandsons served as pallbearers.  Interment was in theVersailles Cemetery under the direction of the Kidwell-Garber Funeral Home.
