John PETRIE and Margaret INNES had the following children: i. Alexander PETRIE was born abt 1799. Alexander died 28 May 1865 in Dundee, SCT, at 65 years of age. He married Jane SANGSTER in Arbroath, ANG, SCT, 27 May 1833. Jean was born abt 1808. Jean died 11 January 1869 in Dundee, SCT, at 60 years of age. Jean's occupation: Yarn Winder 1869. Alexander's occupation: Weaver 1865. ii. Helen PETRIE was born 1799. Helen died 27 February 1863 in Inverkeillor, ANG, SCT, at 63 years of age. She married John CLARK in Kincardine, SCT 10 November 1821 iii. William PETRIE was born abt 1801. William died 31 December 1874 Fetteresso, Kincardine, SCT, at 73 years of age. He married Ann FIDDES. Ann died before 13 Nov 1855. iv. Robert PETRIE was born abt 1807. Robert died 24 December 1871 Fetteresso, Kincardine, SCT, at 64 years of age. He married Isabella STEWART Fetteresso, Kincardine, SCT, 18 August 1839.
