It is with pleasure that I seat my self down to drop you a few
lines to inform you that we are
all well and hope when these few lines come to hand they may find
you all well Well Stephen
Father got home safe and Sound
we have got our apples geathered we had a tollerable good
we had something like 250 hushels and we have made our sider and if
you will come up here
we will have a fine time a drinking sider Bengeman Harris got home last night from tennessee
and reports heard times there
Well Stephen I and ANTHONY has bin geathering corn today and
it is the litest corn that I ever had erything to do with in my
life. I dont know whether it will
keep our Stock from diing or not
Stephen I want you to come to see us and I waunt you to
tell Dan and Jack to come with you
Well I must close for this time for my lamp is a bout to go
Out and I have'nt got no more oil so you pleas excuse bad Spelling
and writing and short letter
come and see us I still remain your cosin untill death.
