He married Judith Tolson Stacy daughter of Benjamin and Mary Tolson Sr. Judith married first Simon Stacy on 22 Aug 1741 in Overwharton Parish. Simon died in 1762 in Frederick County, VA. Thomas and Judith married about 1762.
