DOCUMENTS
If you have ever spent an afternoon digging through old, dusty deed books in a Courthouse, or developed eyestrain staring at a microfilm reader, you'll know how difficult it can be to read records that are not only old and faded, but contain arbitrary spellings and archaic script and language. While we have tried to transcribe the originals faithfully (including spelling errors), any transcription may contain errors of omission, commission, or both. Regardless of imperfections, they are still clues which shed light on the lives of our ancestors.
