 Need help finding Bernard James Coughlin Born May 29 1933 in Sheldon, NY.  He was born to Maurice Coughlin aged 40 and Catherine Hubin aged 24, I currently have birth certificate from Sheldon which Notes on top that Birth certificate was reissued In Oct 1951.  (he may have changed his name)  It this point there is no death records on him under Bernard Jame Coughlin.  This is my mothers brother whom she was looking for intill she passed away in 1996.  MY mother Ethel Coughlin, James and little brother William were either taken away or given away from there parents in about 1939.  They all started out in the home of Floyd Braymiller in arcade. NY.  But My mother said that Bernard was sent to a work farm while they were there and she never heard from him after that.   My Mother grew up with the Braymillers, Little brother William was adopted by the braymillers in 1940.
