"(This) photograph shows the family of Asa Miller and Eva Margaret Sembower Rockwell. Allen, their eldest son, and his
family were not present for the photograph. It was taken outside of Walter Springer Rockwell's house on the corner of Center and Wilson Avenues in N. Charleroi, PA. This house was next to the home of John and Mamie Clutter at 305 Center Avenue. We estimate this photograph was taken in 1926 or early 1927 as Grace Clutter is in the picture but William Clutter is not."
