Will of Maria McCrory - 1910

       MARIA McCRORY     : Recorded in will book 19, page 184
 
 Last will and testament.   I Maria McCrory of Fayette City borough, County
 of Fayette and state of  Pennsylvania being of sound mind memory hereby
 make, published and declare this to be my last will and testament in manner
 and form following hereby revokeing any will or wills hereto for made by me.
 
  First, I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be fully paid
 and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my deceased.
 
  Second, I direct my executor to purchase a suitable gravestone not to cost
 exceeding 200 dollars to be erected on the family lot at Mount Auburn
 cemetery.
  Third, I direct my executor to purchase and have erected at the grave of my
 daughter, Mrs. Annie A. Gilleland a suitable gravestone, not to cost
 exceeding 100 dollars this shall constitute Mrs. Annie A. Gilleland's  full
 share of my estate.
 
  Fourth, I give, devise and bequeth the sum of 200 dollars to my daughter,
 Carrie Mae McCrory in addition to her share hereinafter mentioned.
 
  In the fifth, I hereby direct that the remainder of my state both real and
 personal, be divided equally among my four living children Mrs. Viola
 Bryner, William J. McCrory, Mrs. Dora B. Cooper and Carrie Mae McCrory,
 share and share like.
 
  I do hereby make, constitute an appoint Guy W. Brown to be executor of this
 my last will and testament.
 
  In witness whereof, I. Mariah McCrory the Testatrix above named, have
 hereunto subscribe my name and affixed my seal the 13th day of October in
 the year of our Lord 1910.
