|Claiborne||Palmore||Does anyone know the names of Claiborne Palmore/Palmer/Palmour's parents. He was born in South Carolina and in the 1880 census it states that his parents where born in South Carolina. He was born 19 Jan 1808 and died 9 May 1884 in Lawrence County, TN. He is buried at the Second Creek Cemetery in southern Lawrence County.
|Hester||Palmer||Hester A. Palmer married Charlie Scott, son of James Scott and Fannie Jo
Crider. James Scott's mother was Mahale E. Lamb. Mahale dau. of John Lamb and Martha "Patsy" Qualls. Hester and Charlie's daughter Ethel married Mack Austin. Ethel and Mack's son Albert "Pete" Austin married Robbie Benson. Robbie's ancestors are Austin/Qualls/Lamb and White! The Benson/Franks/Stricklins married into the ancestor lines I'm researching.
It seems that the Austin/Qualls/Lamb lines are intermarried so often it is
only a big circle. I do extensive research on the AUSTIN, LAMB and QUALLS names as they are my ancestor lines. John Lamb and Martha "Patsy" Qualls are siblings of my ancestors. So is Mack Austin.
Thomas Marsellus Palmer married Mary White. WHITE is another surname I research.
|John||Palmer||My ggg grandparents are John L. Palmer and Mary Ann Camp of Cobb Co. GA. through their son John Springer Palmer and Eliza Ann Harrison.|

|Presha||Palmer||I am looking for information about 2 Presha Palmers. This is not a common name and the fact that there are 2 of them, the daughters of 2 different Palmer men, leads me to believe there is a connection between these 2 families. One PRESHA PALMER lived in Trigg County KY, b. about 1805-1810, married JOHN G. HAMMOND 07 MAR 1826 in TRIGG Co. KY.
The other Presha Palmer, b. 1825 IN was the daughter of Martin Palmer, b.1791 SC and Hetty Morgan,b. 1790 SC. She married JAMES C. MARTIN and lived in Hardin Co. TN when she died after childbirth before 1860. How are these families connected? Any information would be helpful.
|Thomas||Palmer||Looking for information on this family living in Division 7, Greene, Mississippi
Thomas Palmer 40 b GA
Elizabeth 30 b GA
Mary ?? b MS looks like 20 for age but may be 10
(mother's age compare)
Elizabeth 9 b MS
Christopher 3 b MS
Pane or Jane ?? 1 b MS
The next line looks like Wade James (in comparison to writing for Jane or Pane above. The same family shows up in the 1860 Saint Stephens, Washington County, Alabama census minus Mary and Pane or Jane, but with Martin age 10 and Angelina age 2 both born AL, Christopher is now 13 and Elizabeth is 19 both born MS. Can find nothing on any of them after the 1860 census ANYWHERE....... Does this family look familiar to any of you???? HELP!!!! Appreciate any help or suggestions.
|William Cicero||Parmer||I inherited the Palmer/Parmer family tree from my grandmother, Gladys Parmer. Most of the research had been done, however, I've been copying it into family tree software. None of the information had any documentation so I have been trying to verify it through family members and census data, etc. I was doing very well until I reached William Cicero Parmer and his wife Fancis Wood, my 3rd great grandparents. In my tree is listed William L. Parmer b.30 Dec 1787 in Charlotte Co., Virginia and Margaret Whitset as WC Parmer's parents, but I could find no verification! I was so happy to be directed to your site...thanks for all your hard work.|
William Perry "Wily"
|Palmer||My great grandfather was William Perry (Wily) Palmer. His parents were Wiley Jefferson and Mary L. McDougle. This family goes back to Peter Lee from France. Any information you are willing to share would be greatly appreciated.
