Descendents of Michael Pace, John of Middlesex Line
Notice that the ancestry listed below the pictures of these Paces is inaccurate, as they trace the John of Middlesex line (John(4) in the lineages below) to Richard Pace of Jamestown. DNA evidence and subsequent documentary discoveries prove conclusively that John of M is NOT a descendent of Richard, but was himself an immigrant probably from Shropshire, England, on the Welsh border.
The line from Michael on back should read: Michael Pace>Francis Pace>John Pace>Joseph Pace>John Pace of Middlesex born probably 1665 Prees, Shropshire, England>Joseph Pace of Shropshire.
Of the other descendents of Francis Pace, four brothers migrated to western Missouri, one brother (Nickolas Pleasant Pace, the youngest) stayed in Virginia and inherited part of his father's plantation. Nickolas's sons then moved to Garland, Dallas County, Texas. The descendents of Michael were the only ones to migrate to Iowa.
For further evidence regarding this line see the Pace DNA Study, particularly the evidence on the John of Middlesex line using the links below.
