Elizabeth BURGESS1,2 was born on 30 June 1830 in East Guldeford, Sussex.1 Elizabeth's parents were William BURGESS (b. 1786 Lydd, Kent, d. 31 May 1853 Brenzett, Kent) and Mary BURGESS** (b. 1791 Tenterden, Kent, d. 12 Oct 1866 Brenzett, Kent).1 Elizabeth married William George TICKNER in 1850 in Romney Marsh, Kent.3
