Peter TICKNER (1822-1878)

Peter TICKNER,1,2 son of Peter TICKNER (1792-1876) and Maria PANKHURST (1790-1879), was born on 1 November 1822 in Rye, Sussex.1,3,4 In 1851 he was a grazier . He was recorded as having 28 acres in the 1851 Census.3

he died (aged 55) on 31 March 1878 in Snave, Kent.1,4 He was buried in 1878 in South side of the churchyard at Snave Church in Snave. Monumental Inscriptions in the churchyard of Snave Church : 187. Peter TICKNER, son of Peter and Maria Tickner of this parish, died 31 March 1878 aged 55.5
