Albert William George BOWLAND1 (known as 'George'), son of George BOLAND (1848-1923) and Janet Ellen GEGG (Snr) (1852-1926), was born on 22 July 1872 at the BDM District in Braidwood, NSW.2 He was christened in 1872 in an unidentified place or church. He married Alice Emily WHALAN on 7 June 1902 in a location to be determined.2
