David OWEN (1801?- )

David OWEN,1 son of David Morgan OWEN (1765-1850) and Elizabeth TAYLOR (1770?-1860), was born in 1801 (approx.) in an unidentified place.1 His relationship to John is Paternal Great (x2) Grandfather. On 1 December 1826 David was a copper smelter Grade 1 . He recorded this as his occupation at the time of his marriage to Ann.1

David married Ann DAVIES on 1 December 1826 at St Teilo-on-the-Clase in Llangyfelach, Glammorgan in Wales. The witnesses were William Jones and Thomas Jones.1,2 On 13 June 1839 he was a copperman . He recorded this as his occupation at the time of the birth of his son Thomas.3

in 1841 he and Ann DAVIES lived at 100 Tewgoed Row in Cwmavon, Neath District in Glamorgan County, Wales.1 On 16 October 1859 he was a copperman . He recorded this as his occupation at the time of his son Thomas's wedding.4

in 1861 he and Ann DAVIES lived at 6 David's Row in Cwmavon.1

he died "Date Unknown" .
