Walter TICKNER (1660?-1756)

Walter TICKNER,¹ son of Peter TICKNER (1640?-1696?) and Mary DODGE (1640?-1720), was born in 1660 (approx.) in Hawkhurst, Kent. (probably).^1,2 His relationship to John is Maternal Great (x6) Grandfather. Walter married Patience HAFFENDEN on 10 April 1712 in Hawkhurst.^2,3 In 1718 he was a farmer at Cissley Farm in Hawkhurst.⁴ In 1737 he was a farmer at Ockley Farm in Hawkhurst.⁴

he died (aged 96) on 12 June 1756 in Hawkhurst.^1,2 He was buried on 12 June 1756 in Hawkhurst.^1,4

Patience HAFFENDEN¹ was the daughter of John HASSENDEN ( - ) and Elizabeth HASSENDEN** ( - ). She and Walter TICKNER had the following children:
