Lily Edith Iolanthe DAVISON,¹ daughter of George DAVISON ( - ) and Grace MARTIN ( - ), was born in 1904 (calculated) at the BDM District in Redfern, NSW.^1,2,3 On 1 October 1921 she resided at 63 Greens Road in Paddington, NSW. This was at the time of her marriage.⁴ On 1 October 1921 she was a machinist . This also was at the time of her marriage.⁴ She married Leslie John JONES on 1 October 1921 in Surry Hills, NSW. As Lily was under 21 (aged 17), the consent of her step-father George Davison was given. George was also a witness to the marriage along with Leslie's brother, Roy Jones.⁵

she died (aged 77) on 25 November 1981 at Wallgrove Nursing Home in Lakemba, NSW.^6,7

Leslie John JONES¹ was the son of Samuel Thomas JONES (1875-1903) and Mary ANDERSON (1877-1944). He and Lily Edith Iolanthe DAVISON had the following children:
