Stephen RIDEOUT (1772?-1840?)
Stephen RIDEOUT,1 son of Thomas RIDEOUT (1745?-1810) and Martha PRENCE (1749?-1830), was born in 1772 (approx.) in Ashmore, Dorset.1 He married Elizabeth GREEN on 2 October 1793 in Tollard Royal, Wiltshire.1
Stephen and Elizabeth had 6 children :
- Mary RIDEOUT (b. c.1795 Tollard Royal, Wiltshire; d. 20 Apr 1870 Ashmore of Jaundice ). She married Benjamin BENCH.
- James RIDEOUT (b. c.1796 Ashmore, Dorset; chr. 19 Jun 1796 Ashmore, Dorset).
- Ann Maria RIDEOUT (b. c.1797 Ashmore, Dorset).
- Stephen RIDEOUT (b. c.1799 Ashmore, Dorset; chr. 11 Aug 1799 Ashmore, Dorset).
- John RIDEOUT (b. c.1801 Tollard Royal, Wiltshire; chr. 6 Sep 1801 Tollard Royal, Wiltshire).
- Elizabeth RIDEOUT (b. 25 Dec 1803 Tollard Royal, Wiltshire; d.. 25 Dec 1803 in Tollard Royal, Wiltshire).1
Stephen died (aged 68) in 1840 (calculated) in an unidentified place.1
