Elizabeth ROBERTS (1766?-1839)

Elizabeth ROBERTS1 was born in 1766 (approx.) in a place still to be found.1 She married Phillip RIDEOUT on 25 September 1791 in Ashmore, Dorset.1 After the death of her husband in September 1808, Elizabeth was in receipt of regular poor relief and her house rent was paid by the Ashmore Poor Book.1

Phillip and Elizabeth had 7 children :

- Richard RIDEOUT (b.1791 Ashmore, Dorset; chr. 25 Dec 1791 Ashmore, Dorset).

- Isaac RIDEOUT (b. 24 DEC 1793 Ashmore, Dorset; d. 18 Apr 1866 in Masillon, Ohio). He married Hannah GALPIN (b. 12 Apr 1798 Dorset) 8 Dec 1819 Ashmore Dorset. They had 10 children

- Maria RIDEOUT (b. c.1798 Ashmore, Dorset). She married William JEFFRIES.

- Elizabeth RIDEOUT (b. c.1802 Ashmore, Dorset; chr. 18 Apr 1802 Ashmore, Dorset; d 6 Sep 1876 in Ashmore, Dorset). She married William ADLEM 18 Oct 1826 Ashmore, Dorset.

- Philip RIDEOUT (b. c.1802 Ashmore, Dorset; d. c.Jun 1807 in Ashmore, Dorset; bur. 29 Jun 1807 Ashmore, Dorset).

- Charlotte RIDEOUT (b. c.1804 Ashmore, Dorset; chr. 6 Jun 1804 Ashmore, Dorset)

- Stephen RIDEOUT (b. 19 SEP 1807 Ashmore, Dorset; d. 28 Feb 1885 in Toledo, Ohio). He married Maria STAINER 3 Aug 1831 Ashmore, Dorset. They had 1 child.1

Elizabeth died (aged 73) on 23 November 1839 in a place still to be located.1

 

Phillip RIDEOUT1 was the son of Thomas RIDEOUT (1745?-1810) and Martha PRENCE (1749?-1830).
