Kevin Francis Tinson

Kevin Francis TINSON, son of Basil Francis TINSON (1926- ) and Johanna Ellen Mary Catherine MCNAMARA, was born on 27 January 1945 at the King George V Hospital in Camperdown, NSW. He was born at 9.10pm, weighed 7 lbs 9¾ ozs and was 22ins long.1,2

he died (aged 8) on 11 November 1953 at Camperdown Children's Hospital in Camperdown. He was playing in the park when he was punched by another boy. This resulted in him becoming sick some hours later and he was taken to hospital where he died on the operating table. The autopsy revealed he had a clot in his spleen.2,3 He was buried in 1953 in Section 8, Plot 0325 at Woronora cemetery in Sutherland, NSW.2,4
