Basil Francis TINSON (1926- )

Basil Francis Tinson

Basil Francis TINSON was born on 3 January 1926 in Punchbowl, NSW.1

in 1944 (estimated) when aged 17-18 he served in World War II . He enlisted at Paddington, NSW. His service number was NX203004.1 Between 1945 and 1948 he was a soldier . After the Second World War, he stayed in the army.2 In 1949 he was a plasterer .3 About 1955 he disappeared and it's not known what became of him.4

Basil died "Date Unknown" .

 

Basil had at least one brother named Max.5

 

Johanna Ellen Mary Catherine MCNAMARA (known as 'Nellie') was the daughter of Thomas Patrick MCNAMARA (1872-1945) and Ellen Agnes GRADY (1883-1958). She and Basil Francis TINSON had the following children:
