Also recorded on the headstone are his mother Margaret (nee Hayes) and his brothers David and James

Headstone Transcription Gloria In                              Excelsis Deo Of Your Charity Pray for the soul of MARGARET GRADY Native of Mother Ireland Died 25 June 1883 Aged  67 Years and DENNIS Died 25 Sep 1859 Aged 9 Years Also JAMES Died 25 April 1867 Aged 19 Years Requiescant in Pace Amen Painted in black at the bottom of the headstone is DAVID           RIP Died Sep 1936 Aged 90 Years

This headstone indicated that Dennis died as a 9 year old but the records show he died as an infant of about one year. Either the headstone is wrong or the Dennis buried in this grave is not the same one. If that is the case then this Dennis doesn't appear to have any records in the NSW BDMs.
