ARRIVAL OF THE VISCOUNT SANDON
The New Zealand Spectator & Cook's Strait Guardian February 5th 1860
The ship Viscount Sandon, Captain Hughes, from London, arrived here on Monday last, after a pleasant passage of 115 days, having experienced fine weather during nearly the whole of the passage. She brings 76 passengers and a full cargo. The passengers have all arrived in good health, only one death having occurred on board, that of an infant. She is consigned to Messrs Smith & Co and proceeds to Canterbury after discharging her cargo for this place.
