ARRIVAL OF THE ENDYMION
The Evening Post August 6th 1877

The ship Endymion, from London, reported by us as being at the Heads last evening, succeeded in making our harbour last night. The passage out has been uneventful, and occupied 94 days from Gravesend. The passengers, a list of whom we published yesterday, are all well. The Endymion was boarded by Pilot Holmes at 1pm yesterday, and brought in at 9pm. She is an iron vessel of 759 tons register, and was built on the Clyde in 1870. She is commanded by Captain Richardson, and owned by J E Monro, of London. The Endymion will be berthed at the wharf this evening. Messrs W and G Turnbull and Co. are her agents.
