ARRIVAL OF THE SHIP BERAR
Evening Post May 11th 1865

The Berar arrived in harbour yesterday evening, having left the Downs on 5th February. She is a very fine ship of 900 tons, clipper built, and is commanded by William Hall Esq. She crossed the Equator on 1st March, and made the coast of New Zealand on the 7th instant. There were three births and four deaths during the voyage. She brings 203 passengers.
