 Connie Hitchings Graham Family connected to our Rupe's
William Wesley Graham. Son of John Alpheus And Mary Rupe Graham. This is my great grandpa. Also this is the same man in that old picture. Back row, hat on. Lewis Herman Graham. His parents were John Alpheus Graham and Mary Rupe Graham This is the daughter of Mary Rupe Graham, from Meigs county Ohio. Marys husband was John Alpheus Graham. William Gerald Graham, grandson of Mary Rupe Graham. Just choose what you like for the website. I don't expect you to use all of these The old man on the ground is John Henry Barker, my great great grandfather. The back row left to right is Ira and Eldie Grate Barker, Hila Barker, William and Sadie Barker Graham, Ira, Hila and Sadie are children of John Henry and William and Sadie are my great grandparents. Sadie is holding Clyde, he died at 6 years old from dyptheria. The young man sitting up is William Gerald Graham, my grandpa and his brother Dwight Graham. All the children belong to William and Sadie. Death certificate that names Mary Rupe as Mother. Your guess at the year this was taken is as good as mine. But again, it is Rutland and he was born 1907 William Gerald Graham was born 1907. Rutland School. Since you had a picture on your site that you had listed as Rutland School, could some of these kids be your people? I know this was taken at Rutland School and I know my uncle Edward Schoonover was born in 1918. That is all I know. But I would like to name the others if possible I hope I am not duplicating these. If so, just delete. I can't remember what I sent from work. Don't you just love to look at these old pictures? I really do. Even ones that are not my own family. Connie They all came from the Graham family. But some could be friends or neighbors for all I know. My cousin had alot of these and she just laid them on the scanner together since they were all very small. Not one picture was marked as a Rupe. But since the Rupes were in the family we figure at least maybe 1 is a Rupe. I am hopeing someone will recognise someone. I am really hoping that 1 of the women is Mary Rupe Graham.
