Many times when researching we run across same names, different people. Sometimes these people are related and at times we can not find any relationship at all. When looking through my records you will find, at times, people with the same name, but not the same person. For this reason always remember to do your own research. I include all of the documents and files I have collected, in my own research, so others might be able to find who they are looking for. I love to hear from other genealogists, so if you see links in families that I do not or just want to talk history, email me. Put "Family Research" in the subject line so I know it is from someone I want to correspond with.

Edmond League Pension Files. These transcribed pension files were provided for use on this page by, Gary League, one of our fellow, League researchers. With these pension files we can prove Edmond League's marriage to Mary Beadle. Pension files are a very important piece of history for verifying facts. Gary, has been successfully researching the League surname for a number of years. Below is part of the, Edmond League, pension file before it was transcribed. As you can see, we owe much thanks to Gary for the transcribed version. The originals are very hard to read. Also see the Miscellaneous link for other files provided by Gary League.
