These are links to family who also do genealogy. Together we all hope to provide future descendants the knowledge of where they come from. You will find stories rich in heritage as well as photos that you might just see yourself in.

In loving memory of James L. Duke, Dec 30, 1930 - Nov 12, 2005. Thank you Jim for your time spent making sure the future descendants would know where they came from. I found Jim online in the mid 1990s on a genealogy message board. He provided me much encouragement as well as information on family history. He also got me in contact with Frank Duke, who shared his extensive family research on the Duke line back to 1616 in England. I felt that I had always known Frank and Jim because of the stories and photos my grandmother Flossie (Duke) Stephens shared with me about the Duke family. I had already been in contact with another cousin for at least ten years, Frank's brother Bud Duke (Arthur Adolph Duke), because my grandmother had given me the address as someone who would help me with my research of the Duke family. When I found Jim online I had no idea he was related to Bud or that I would find Frank. Bud had sent me photos, family history and stories that helped me over some hurdles that brought me to where I was at that time. Thanks to these cousins I was able to grow my family tree a little taller and much stronger.

I love browsing all of the photo pages.
