David and Isabella emigrated from Nairn, Scotland to New York state as bride and groom. They lived in New York several years before moving to Columbiana Co., OH. David II died in Inverness, Columbiana Co., Ohio in 1879; he was 89.¹ Buried in 1879 in Inverness, Columbiana Co., Ohio.¹

On 15 Jun 1812 when David II was 23, he married Isabella ROSE^1,253  daughter of Alexander I ROSE & Henriette McANDREW, in Scotland.¹ Born on 27 Oct 1793 in (Village of) Cawdor, Scotland.^1,2 Isabella died in Inverness, Columbiana Co., Ohio on 6 Jan 1854; she was 60.¹
