Sussex Independent article dated Friday, 1 May 1891 indicating the death of Sarah Ellen (Everitt) Hursh.

There are questions about the children. This document states 'four' and that Jose was nine days old. Is it possible that Jose's full name was 'Sarah Ellen Everitt Hursh' and named after her mother?
