I have very little information on C. E. Rowe other than what has been gleaned from the three documents shown below. His obituary states that he also had two brothers; Walter Rowe of Mt. Pocono and B. Franklin Rowe of Cresco;
and three sisters; Mrs. Florence Neyhart of Cresco, Mrs. Ruth Besecker of Pocono Manor, and Mrs. Adeline Mosteller of East Stroudsburg. He had at least one other sister, Mrs. Mabel Price who died about 16 Feb. 1941.
