read; might be something like Linshen, Luishen, Luichen ... ?

 1  Given name looks like Charbeth or Charboth -- might possibly be 
    Charlotte but can't say for certain; hard to read.
 4  Might be Shattle
 8  Given name might be May.  The question mark for this person's birth 
    month appears above as in original document.
11  Somewhat hard to read; might be something like Gibraid (final letter is 
    obscured by tail of "y" on line above) ....
16  Hard to read; might be Litsinger, Liltinger, or something similar. There
    is a dot over the "g" - might be "j" in this position: Litsinjer, etc.
18  Might be Ritchie (the "t" is uncrossed and the "h" is crossed in the 
    original census).  The question mark for this person's birth month 
    appears above as in original document.
