The Putticks came from Tillington, Sussex in 1686, the year Daniel Puttick was born. It seems his father was John Puttock born there in 1666!

Daniel married Elizabeth Voller on 30 April 1743 in Tillington. They had 4 children.
Their Son John, (bn 4 Jan 1718) married Mary King on 2 Feb 1741 in Kirdford Sussex. She was dau of James King and was born in Aug 1716 in Kirdford and christened 2 Sept 1716. Mary and John settled in Chiddingfold, and it is believed they had Henry Puttick b 30 Jan 1742 who died on 11 Mar 1822 in North Chapel Sussex, at the age of 80.
Henry Puttick.
Henry married Ann Gosden from Godalming, Surrey on 8 Sept 1765 in North Chapel, Sussex, where they resided and had 5 children. One of those children was Peter Puttick born in May 1779.
Peter Puttick
Peter married Ann Meachin 18 Dec 1800 Petworth where she was brought up. Peter and Ann had 5 children, all in North Chapel, Sussex. Peter was an agricultural labourer, and died in 1863, at the age of 85 and buried in North Chapel. His wife Ann, died in Mar 1860.

Ann b 18 Nov 1804,
Sarah b 7 June 1807 and married John Coombes in 1827,

Charlotte met Thomas Henry Page, a Londoner, born around 1813 in Minories. Thomas grew up not far from the Tower of London and lived in the vicinity of the Royal Mint.
Charlotte is presumed to have married Thomas Henry Page somewhere before 1837 (their first child’s birth)
By 1844 Thomas had a Dyer and Scourers business at 81a St James's Street – which is recorded in the 1859 PO Directory, his business also recorded on his daughter Julia’s birth certificate.
Charlotte and Thomas’s children:
Charlotte b 1837 Kentish Town
Thomas b 1838 St Marylebone
Julia Frances b 4 May 1844 in Great Quebec Street, St Marylebone
Ellen Harriett b 1849 Brighton
Edwin Charles b 29 December 1850 Brighton
Somewhere between 1845 and 1849 Thomas moved his family to Brighton where he established his dyeing and cleaning business at 3 George Street.
Life must have been unbearable in London, as in 1833 at least 10,000 people died of a cholera epidemic. The sewerage at that time being pumped into the Thames. It was a stenched, smoke filled city, of which senior politicians were trying to make change and must have made people's lives unbearable.
Starting a new life in Brighton must have come as a welcome change for Thomas and his family, compared to the city. The air was clean and they could breathe. And shortly after settling in Brighton, their fourth child Ellen Harriett was born in 1849, and a year later, Edwin Charles born on 29 December 1850
On 21 March 1856 their father Thomas died, aged 42/43, from phthisis (TB). His wife Charlotte and eldest son Thomas continued running the family business for a while. The two youngest children Ellen and Edwin grew up with few memories of their father. And, Charlotte must have struggled to raise her young family on her own.

Thomas & Charlotte had 5 children born in North Chapel, Brighton and London, Middlesex. It seems that one of the sons emmigrated to the United States, and is listed there in 1880 in Malden, Massachusetts.. His name was Thomas H PAGE, age 42...But we cannot be sure, IT IS THE SAME Thomas H Page.... ==============
Charlotte was born into the family, the fifth child of Peter and Ann, and was baptised on 9 April 1815 in Northchapel, her elder siblings:-
