Notes for John F. Sharrock

John and Rebecca and Lewis A. Sharrock are all buried at Mt. Ida Cemetery in De Queen, Sevier Co., Arkansas. When John and Rebecca married, Rebecca's father, J. A. Williamson, sent a note to the County Clerk's office and it read: to the county clerk Sevier County Ark., You have my permission to issue license to John Shyrock for the marriage of Rebecca J. Williamson, October 21, 1896. J. A. Williamson. John called Rebecca Jane, Janie. They are in Red River County, Texas, right across the line from De Queen, in 1900. Janie had had two children, but neither of them had lived. They went on to have several children.
